Why join our leadership cohort?
We all have an autopilot. There are reactions and behavior patterns that feel automatic when we move through the daily pressure of work and life at high speeds and overloaded bandwidth.
But we can’t break through on autopilot. If we want to make big changes - and even free ourselves from some of our most stubborn and limiting behavior patterns - we need real space and support over a longer time period.
The patterns we support leaders in disrupting are some of the most deeply ingrained - and limiting. They include:

You’re ready for big change. You don’t need a particular title or skill to join our cohort, just a genuine desire for change and an openness to trying things out and exploring new ways.
You’re ready to go on the journey with others. Cohorts are a safe and confidential space for no more than 6 leaders to explore the hidden factors that are limiting them - forging deep connections in the process.
You want something experiential, not theoretical. There’s no passive learning in this experience. Throughout the year, our cohorts spend 4 days engaging with our professional actors and 8 hours in coaching sessions (5 private and 2 group). All sessions are virtual.

$7750 per participant.
For organizations registering more than one leader for the cohort, the cost is $6750 per participant.
