Our actors create a parallel workplace universe that feels startlingly real but is refreshingly low-stakes. Participants can try new things without fear of real-life consequences, and our coaches can guide them through it.

Authentic Leaders was founded in 2020 by the former Chief Talent Officer and Superintendent at Achievement First. Since 2020, dozens of teams and more than a thousand leaders have completed our process: unlearning some of the most pervasive leadership myths and discovering a way of leading and working that is more effective and far more fulfilling.
