Yearlong Leadership Cohort

  • Small and intimate. A safe and confidential space for 6 leaders to explore the hidden factors that may be limiting them - forging deep connections with each other in the process.

  • Experiential, not theoretical. Two multi-day group experiences with our professional actors (virtual) and ongoing coaching - both private (5 sessions) and group (2 sessions).

  • 9+ months to break patterns. A chance to stay focused on breaking old patterns that are causing stress – to experience how energizing truly “authentic leadership” can be.

  • How your ego type is causing some of the challenges and stressors you may be facing.

  • How to begin breaking free by gaining awareness, disrupting unconscious patterns and accessing your true nature.

For organizations registering more than one leader for the cohort, the cost is $6750 per participant.
